01Why It Matters

Process Water

Process water is the only water in a plant whose specification is written by something other than the water itself. A rinse step, a formulation, a cooling jacket or a product-contact surface each define what "good enough" means — and defining it too tightly is as costly as defining it too loosely.

  • Source water variability
